The guidance and coaching aspect of CrossFit is very important. It helps to maximize results while cutting down on recovery time and injuries. All of our coaches at CrossFit Kilgore are certified by CrossFit and will be glad to help you get the most out of CrossFit.

Michelle and Dale Garza both own and operate CrossFit Kilgore. They were members at the gym and when the opportunity to be more involved arrived they jumped at the chance. They spend their time helping people achieve their fullest potential while making sure all of the members are safely performing the movements. They also keep the equipment in shape and the gym clean (Bulldog cleaner, etc) for your family to enjoy while they are here.
As longtime CrossFit members they strive to operate the type of gym they’d love going to.

Hannah is a third Grade teacher at Kilgore ISD. She loves helping others learn how to have fun while exercising safely. Being healthy is a lifestyle, so why not do it in an inspiring and encouraging community! Hannah loves being a part of Dan Bailey’s training program “The Bailey Program” which keeps her busy most days at the gym. She also loves coaching weekly parkour classes for kids and finding ways to use coaching to help struggling youth find opportunities in life!
Hannah is fun to work with and is looking forward to seeing you at the gym!
